The Opportunity

Viridis Talent is supporting a leading international manufacturer of solar racking and mounting solutions, specialising in high-quality products for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market.

With rapid growth across Europe, the company is now hiring an Account Manager to drive sales, develop installer and EPC relationships, and strengthen its presence across Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth renewable technology brand competing at the top tier of the mounting systems market.


Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales Growth & Market Development

  • Drive sales of C&I solar racking and mounting systems across Germany

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

🤝 Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers and distributors

  • Provide product guidance, design input and commercial support

  • Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and presentations

🧠 Technical & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create system layouts and propose optimal mounting solutions

  • Translate project needs into accurate technical and commercial proposals

  • Provide training and product knowledge to partners and key accounts

🌍 Market Intelligence

  • Monitor German C&I solar market trends, competition, and pricing

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer segments


Requirements

Experience

  • 2–5+ years in solar racking/mounting, PV components, or C&I solar equipment sales

  • Strong network within German EPCs, installers, or project developers

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confident presenting to technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Understanding of PV mounting systems, layout principles, and C&I project structures

Other

  • Fluent in German & English

  • Willingness to travel nationally

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently
